What We Build

At North Point Homes, our design process revolves around how the home will be used by our customers so that it is as functional as possible. However, we also want it to reflect a sense of style and timeless appeal that is only found by using the highest quality building materials.  Therefore, we chose to install many of the home building industry "upgrades" like, Advantech sub-floor, 30-year dimensional shingles, radiant barrier roof sheathing, vinyl plank flooring, free-standing tubs, and stainless steel appliances as a standard feature in all of our homes.
